These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website iamsui.org and the services provided by SUI Life Collective, operated by Bridget Financial, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing and using IAMSUI.org, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

2. Description of Service

IAMSUI.org provides:

  • A platform for signing the Declaration for Life
  • The River — a one-way broadcast of posts from Cherilyn to the Collective
  • A Global Voice Map showing the geographic reach of signatures
  • A Partner Toolkit with resources for amplifying the Declaration
  • A contact form for inquiries

3. User Conduct

By using our site, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when signing the Declaration or subscribing
  • Not submit signatures or subscriptions on behalf of others without their consent
  • Not use the site for any unlawful purpose
  • Not attempt to disrupt the site's operation or security
  • Not use automated means (bots, scripts) to interact with the site without permission

4. The Declaration for Life

The text of the Declaration for Life is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0). This means you are free to:

  • Share — copy and redistribute the Declaration in any medium or format
  • Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the Declaration

Under the following terms:

  • Attribution — You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made
  • NonCommercial — You may not use the Declaration for commercial purposes
  • ShareAlike — If you remix or transform the Declaration, you must distribute your contributions under the same license

Signing the Declaration is a public act. Your name and location may be displayed on the Global Voice Map. You may request removal by contacting info@iamsui.org.

5. The River

The River is a broadcast of posts from Cherilyn. Subscribers receive posts by email, typically several per month (roughly weekly). You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.

River posts represent the views and opinions of the author. They are provided for informational and inspirational purposes and do not constitute professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on IAMSUI.org — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Bridget Financial, LLC or its licensors, unless otherwise noted.

The Declaration for Life text is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0). All other site content — including the SUI logo, River posts, site design, and marketing materials — may not be reproduced without written permission.

River subscriptions are free. Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You may also unsubscribe by contacting info@iamsui.org. Upon unsubscribing, your email will be removed from our subscriber list within 48 hours.
